Note that the list represents all options to translate within 24 hours, but we can easily translate other languages. The difference is that the additional languages may take an extra day or two to complete your work. Simply select Other from the language list in the order or estimate page, and let us know your language needs in the provided field.
A certified translation is the translation of a document from one language to another, completed and signed by a professional translator to attest that the job has been done to the best of their ability. Some organizations like the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) require certain translated documents to be certified as proof of its accuracy and completeness.
Of course it will vary depending on the size of the order, but typical documents for USCIS purposes can be translated within 24 hours. Larger orders like a business document, may take about a day per 5-6 pages of text. Contact us for an estimated turnaround time.
Yes! Before submitting your order or estimate, select the checkbox next to the option to notarize and mail. For this additional fixed price, all documents in your order will be signed by an official Notary Public and sent via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance.
We translate all types of personal documents such as birth certificates, marriage licenses, passports, death certificates, adoption papers, driver’s licenses and all other documents typically needed for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or other government organizations. In addition, we translate other documents required for various business or institutional needs: academic transcripts, depositions, diplomas, and more.
We don’t just specialize in certified documents. If you just need personal information, emails, business presentations, blog posts, books, or similar documents translated, we offer these services as well. We can provide an estimate within 24 hours; simply submit a request for an estimate or contact us for more information.
We employ translators from all over the world. These are native speakers who have been qualified by our internal process to ensure we provide the best translations possible. We continue to sporadically audit the work our translators complete, to ensure our staff maintains the highest level of quality. We’re confident you’ll be happy with your translation and our work will be accepted by any government, academic, or similar institution. However, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied, we’ll refund your money.
For standard certified document translations, we charge a flat rate of $24 per page. A page is typically one side of an 8.5″ x 11″ or A4 document that contains 250 words or less.
All other translations depend on type of work and complexity, but rates start at only $0.10 per word.
We can process your order with Paypal or any of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
If you are a business who prefers to purchase with a PO, please contact us for consideration.
Anything that is legible is accepted! Our customers provide scans or take pictures of documents in .jpg or .png format, and sometimes they upload pdf, .docx, and other standard document files. If you have the time and prefer to send it using postal service, we can do that too.
We offer USPS, Fedex, and DHL expedited shipping services to our customers. In the order or estimate comments, provide the date you wish to receive your documents, along with the address to receive them. We will provide a custom quote, typically in the same day.
You can cancel any order and receive a full refund if the project has not yet been assigned to a translator. However, it is not uncommon for an order to be assigned by a translator within the hour after the order is placed.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, we recommend you immediately sign into your account, and from your client dashboard, select the project. On this page, look for ‘Change Status’. Below it you will find a ‘Cancel’ button that will allow you to stop the project.
If you do not have a login username or password, call our customer support directly. If the translator has started the project, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop the process or provide a refund.
We will create a user account when you submit an order or request for an estimate, so we can associate your information with your particular order. We will email the details to the address you provided. This will allow you to track the status of your order, access your documents when translated, or see the history of your projects.
